Yes — 25 AI replies per month, no credit card. You only pay when you outgrow the free tier and pick a paid plan. Free agents are deleted after 14 days of inactivity to keep the system lean — log in once a week and you keep your training data.
How is this different from Chatbase or generic AI chatbots?+
Built for beauty and wellness workflows, with context for booking, hours, packages, gift cards, and policies. Sensitive or medical-adjacent topics follow the escalation rules you configure instead of relying on an unsupported answer.
What does "1 credit per AI reply" mean?+
Every time Aria sends a reply to a client, that uses one credit. The plan you pick determines how many credits you get per month. Top-ups are $29 per 1,000 if you run out mid-cycle — no auto-charge surprises.
Do I need to be a Spa OS subscriber to use Aria?+
No. Aria is its own product. If you also subscribe to the full Avena Flow Spa OS (booking, POS, payments, memberships), you save 10% on every paid Aria tier — but Aria works standalone.
Can I see what Aria says to my clients?+
Yes. Conversations available to the connected integration are logged in the Aria Inbox. You can read transcripts and leave feedback that updates the training context.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export your contact list as CSV anytime. After cancellation, your data stays accessible for 30 days then deletes. Detailed privacy policy at /privacy.
